As the tarot card deck is being constantly re-invented in the artistic sense, with different and contemporary artwork emerging throughout the eras, so is the interpretive skill.  The reader must keep up to date to make sure he or she is correctly contextualizing the reading to make it relevant to the modern querent.

Tarot can be read either on the phone or face to face.  It can be difficult to find a reliable local reader so the telephone options are a boon.  Also there is more anonymity with a phone reading so if privacy and discretion is important to you this can be an excellent option. 

Whether there is really such a thing as "paranormal" tarot card readings is still open to debate.  It's certainly true that some readers are more skilled and intuitive than others, but whether the occult has anything to do with it is difficult to ascertain.  Nevertheless it can be an interesting and illuminating way of looking at the options available for a person to proceed in life.
